Terms & Conditions


Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using Our Services or browsing this website.Your continued use of this site and our Services indicates that you have both read and agree to the Terms and Conditions, and the Privacy Policy of Blue Everest Medical (Pty) Ltd.

The Terms and Conditions are subject to regular review  and change without prior notice.

  • Quotations
    • Written quotations are available on request from admin@bemedical.co.za
    • Requests for quotations should include:
      • A clear description of the product required, together with detailed specifications for the product.
      • The quantity of goods required.
    • Quotations are valid from the date of the Quotation for the period indicated on the Quotation Document.
    • Blue Everest Medical (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to requote if the Quantity originally quoted is reduced by more that 10%.
    • The Customer must indicate if Shipping cost should be indicated on the Quotation as a line item or included in the price of goods.
    • Any Terms or Condition in any given Quotation, supersedes the Terms and Conditions in this document.
  • Purchase Orders
    • Acceptance of the quotation must be confirmed with an Official Authorised Purchase Order.   
    • The payment terms to be confirmed on the Purchase Order.
    • Special requirements must be detailed in the Purchase Order, e.g. shelf life, when applicable.
  • Imported & Printed Goods
    • Prices quoted on imported goods are based on the rate of exchange on the date quoted. If the rate of exchange increases by more than 5% on the date of import, a pro rata adjustment will be made to the price.
    • Printed or imported goods ordered against an Authorised Purchase Order may not be cancelled. Specifications must be clearly defined on the Purchase Order.
  • Shipping
    • The Customer must indicate if Shipping and Packing cost should be indicated as a line item or included in the price of goods.
    • Customers must indicate on their Purchase Order if they wish to appoint a Shipping agent for their own account.
    • Blue Everest Medical (Pty) Ltd will make every effort to comply with shipping requirements and deadlines, however we have no control over delays while goods are in the hands of  Airlines or other shipping contractors.
  • Goods Exported from South Africa
    • The Customer is responsible to pay all Customs Import, VAT and other duties required by the country where goods are being imported from.
  • Insurance 
    • The Customer must request a quotation for Insurance of goods during shipping, when required.
  • Payment Terms
    • All goods supplied remain the property of Blue Everest Medical (Pty) Ltd until full and final payment is received.
    • Prepayment is required together with the authorised Purchase Order. Goods will not be released until full payment is reflected in the Blue Everest Medical (Pty) Ltd Bank account.
    • Payment should be effected via EFT to the Blue Everest Medical (Pty) Ltd FNB account.    
    • Blue Everest Medical (Pty) Ltd cannot accept responsibility for payments made through the postal system.
    • All payments to be free of bank commission, fees, and other charges.
    • Payments should be made in the currency reflected in the Quotation (e.g. ZAR, US$,  GB£, or EUR€).
    • The Customer must confirm the Bank Account details with Blue Everest Medical (Pty) Ltd Managemement.
  • South African Value Added Tax (VAT)    
    • All goods supplied within South Africa are subject to VAT at the rate applicable at the time of delivery.
  • Returns an Cancellations
    • Printed and special import items may not be returned or cancelled. Kindly ensure that the correct specifications are provided.
    • A 20% handling fee may be levied on goods returned after receipt of an Official Order.
    • Blue Everest Medical (Pty) Ltd must be advised in writing via admin@bemedical.co.za of any delivery discrepancies within 3 working days of delivery.
